All of us eat food, no matter what religion, ethnicity, culture, and cuisine. However, do you ever think about where the food you eat comes from? Do you ever think about the hard work that farmers put in to get that small vegetable on your dining table? What I want to do with this series is raise awareness and allow people to think about the origins of their food that they take for granted. Farmers work long and hard hours in order to be successful, the work of these hardworking men and women is necessary for human survival. From a Chinese lotus farmer, to a Japanese wasabi grower, I will be exploring the origins of the food we eat.
