Authentic Yummy Shanghainese Cuisine

Ten Shanghai is a delicious restaurant serving serving delicate Huaiyang cuisine. Conveniently located just at the heart of Causeway Bay, my family and I were impressed by 10 Shanghai even before we walked through the doors, as the exterior in Lee Garden Two is attractive and tasteful. Stepping into 10 Shanghai, my family and I were transported back into Shanghai’s golden era of food and art.  The interior – which is stylish and hints at the art deco era – didn’t disappoint. With an excellent reputation for its service, food and elegant decor, it is no wonder that the eatery is a popular destination for large group gatherings, business dinners or family gatherings alike in a dining room.

Ten Shanghai has a Dim Sum Menu, an a la carte menu, and a special Set Menu for an even number of people for a reasonable price of $248 per person.  Some of Ten Shanghai's famous dishes include  Crispy Smoked Chicken with Tea Leaves, Sliced Crunchy Cucumber Served with Sesame Sauce, Aged Shaoxing Huadiao-Brined Chicken, Pan-Fried Xiao Long Bao (4 pcs for $68), and Smoked Soft-Boiled Eggs with Blank Truffle Pearls. All the dishes were great, and the food was scrumptious. We had a great experience here and will definitely come back!

Crispy Smoked Chicken with Tea Leaves
Sauteed Jiangsu River Shrimps

An absolute must order. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the skin super crispy
and the meat juicy.

Pan-Fried Xiao Long Bao (4 pcs for $68)

An absolute must order. One of the best Xiao Long Baos I've ever tasted. Explosion of soup and minced pork with vegetables. Rich, warm inside.

Some of the best river shrimps that I've ever had. The shrimps were perfectly salted, fresh, juicy, chewy and cooked to perfection.

Five-spiced Duck Tongue- Full of flavor, rubbery skin, chewy.

Roasted Bran Dough with Peanuts & Black Fungus- Bran Dough full of a sweet yummy flavor, good match with the peanuts and fungus.

Marinated Rosy Jellyfish Head with Cucumbers & Aged Vinegar - Jellyfish goes extremely well with cucumbers and vinegar, combination with chewy and crunchy. Sour tinge adds a twist to the dish.

Shanghai Style Sweet and Sour Baby Back Ribs-
Meat a bit too hard, but overall a great dish.
