BEP, which translates to "Kitchen" in Vietnamese, is a fresh and casual Vietnamese restaurant which is famous for their Pho. Its homey foods will bring you to to the hawker stalls of Southeast Asia to enjoy the originality of street-style food, just like one of those you would see in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City’s street-side cafes. BEP embodies the spirit of youthfulness using a wide array of aromatic spices, herbs and fresh ingredients that leaves even unadventurous eaters with a salivating mouth. The restaurant uses fresh ingredients that are hand-picked daily, so you can guarantee that your food will be fresh.
Overall, eating at BEP was a delicious and fantastic experience. The appetizers are quite expensive so if you're going in with an empty stomach you would be better off with another one of their endless offerings of Noodle soups, their Bahn Mi's, or some vegetables (Morning Glory etc). We will definitely come back! BEP Sheung Wan: BEP K11: BEP Central: BEP Tai Kok Tsui:
